Vine and Barrel is located in the heart of historic downtown Petaluma, California.  Some 40+ miles north of San Francisco, Petaluma is the official gateway to wine country. Built on top of an old speak easy, this location has served as both a brothel and card room and has even seen the likes of Al Capone sipping whiskey in the 30’s. Vine and Barrel is a 600+ bottle shop with a comfy little wine bar that is open on the weekends.  They are home to the ½ Zapped Festival in accordance with ZAP, the Zinfandel Advocates and Producers, and hold a festival every August to celebrate California’s darling varietal the eternal Zin. Vine and Barrel is the definitive home to the Petaluma GAP (Grower’s Alliance of Petaluma) and we carry almost every good wine grown in this region.
